You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our platform without our written consent.

All products are made to order. You may cancel or modify your order before it enters production. Once an order is in production, cancellation may not be possible.

We accept returns or refunds only in cases of defective, damaged, or misprinted items, under ourMake it Right Policy.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged for incorrect sizes, colors, or change of mind.

Printine reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds, returns, or replacements in cases of fraud, abuse, or excessive claims.

Printine reserves the right to modify or refuse orders if User Content or Creator Content violates these Terms, safety regulations, or platform policies.

Creators acknowledge that once an order including their content has been submitted for production, the order cannot be canceled. Printine reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the request is related to creator-provided content that meets production specifications.

Printine grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our Services for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

Printine is committed to providing safe products to all customers in the European Union. All products designed and submitted by creators are produced in compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR) effective December 13, 2024.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

All products are provided “as is”. While we strive for the best quality, we cannot guarantee that every product will exactly match on-screen previews due to variations in device display and materials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Printine reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

Creators are responsible for all content submitted through their accounts. Printine reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing, illegal, or offensive content.

Your use of Printine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong / PRC (depending on your registration), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
